Dispatchers manually planned routes and load assignments each morning using spreadsheets and institutional knowledge, a process that took hours and didn't scale as the fleet grew. Delays and inefficient routing were discovered reactively, after they had already cost time and fuel.
Our solution
We built a forecasting and optimization engine that ingests live fleet, traffic, and order data to recommend optimal routes and load assignments, presented through a conversational copilot interface dispatchers could question and override. The system continuously learns from dispatcher overrides to improve future recommendations.
